Indian Tacos 2 pounds of roasted beef or pork Slice roasted meat into small pieces and set aside. Mash up one cup each pinto beans and white hominy. Add red chili powder and salt to taste. Put layer of meat in a flour or corn tortilla shell, add thin layer of pinto-hominy mixture, top with cheese. Lettuce, tomato and onion garnish is optional.
